Possible get-together in DC at the DAR blg. concert?

Hello, I actually reside in N PA but my sister lives in DC. I am working (!) on getting tickets for the event there. I believe it happens in July. If there are other fans going to this show, I wondered if perhaps we could meet up? I'd love to meet fellow Loreenites! :)
